Chocolate Almond Rhombs

And again something which tastes like raw cookie dough! I can never get enough of that...! And it is vegan, glutenfree (or at least very low gluten) and refined sugar free, so hand over the recipe immediately!
Here you are.
But short note for you: even though there is no refined sugar included I have to desillusionate you: this deliciousness stays a treat and is no whole meal. So sad, I know. Hard truth to live with...

Ingredients
geriebene Mandeln / shredded almonds
Haferflocken (glutenfrei, falls nötig) / oats (glutenfree if needed)
Kakaopulver / cacaopowder
Vanille / vanilla
Kokosöl / coconutoil
Mandelmus / almond butter
Ahornsirup / maplesirup

Porridge, Himbeeren, Schoko-Avaocado-Creme, Rübenkraut und Granatalapfel.
Porridge, raspberries, chocolate avocdo mousse, sugar beet molasses and pomgranate.

How to
Erwischt.
Two parts almonds, one part oats for the base. But first put the oats in your blender to get a flour. Mix in a bowl with vanilla and cacaopowder before you stir in the liquid ingredients. Therefore melt the coconutoil first, almond butter and maplesirup are liquid enough naturally. The dough is supposed to be sticky and heavy. Not liquid, not solid. Decide for yourself how much cacao and sweetener you need for your taste. I personally prefer a lot of cacao and not so much sirup. Ehm. Okay, when it comes to maplesirup I am rather generous. Trapped.

And it least by now you see what I prefer to combine to the rhombs: pomgranate!

Spread the dough on a tray with parchement. For a smooth surface you can cover the dough with a second parchement and then gently press it flat. Put the tray somewhere cool to let the dough harden, before you cut it into rhombs. Or in any other shaope you like. Because I just remeber my little heart shaped cookie form...

Optionally you can decorate with chocolate glaze and cacaonibs. Clean chocolate glaze is plain simple: melted coconutoil, cacaopowder and maplesirup.
